1: Complimentary Consultation
The first step is to have a 30 minute phone conversation to find out more about each other to ensure we are the right fit to achieve optimal results. There is no obligation to proceed further, but should you wish to do so an initial consultation can be booked, at which point payment is taken.
2: Lifestyle Questionnaire
You are then sent the appropriate paperwork to complete, which includes a comprehensive health questionnaire. It is important to return these at least one week prior to our first session to allow time for a thorough analysis and initial recommendations to be prepared. Failure to return the health questionnaire within the appropriate time frame will result in rescheduling of the appointment. The questionnaire allows a detailed assessment of your nutritional status and includes information on your medical history, symptoms, diet and lifestyle, familial predispositions and personal health goals.
3: Initial Consultation
This is carried out online and lasts around 75-90 minutes and we will explore your questionnaire and discuss recommendations aligned with your goals and lifestyle. A personalised plan will be agreed upon which may include nutritional and lifestyle recommendations, specific supplements if required and advice on nutritional testing if necessary. A written plan will be provided, usually within 48 hours of the initial consultation.
4: Follow-Up Consultations
This is usually 4-6 weeks after the initial consultation and lasts around 60 minutes. We will review your progress, discuss any test results if required, revise your plan and set new goals moving forward. Further consultations are booked as necessary to provide ongoing support, monitor progress and make further revisions. Typically, you will need a minimum of three follow-up consultations over the course of around three months so your plan can be revised as you progress.
One-Off Consultations
One-off appointments are of course available too, but please be aware that results from nutritional and lifestyle changes take time, as does habit formation. My Nutritional Packages are often favourable in order to achieve optimal results and have the added benefit of additional email support.
